We ship worldwide from Europe, with a focus on the EU, UK, Brazil, the US, and Australia.
Processing time
Orders ship within 3 business days.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days after your order ships, depending on your country or region.
Rates
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address.
Customs and import duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, for any reason. This applies to every order, worldwide.
How it works
Request your return through your account or order confirmation email within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for sending the item back to us.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. The cost is not covered by Bluebell and will not be refunded along with the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We do not offer exchanges — if you'd like a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
